A day excursion to the Great Wall and Ming Tombs with Peking Opera in the evening. ( B L )

Morning visit to the Temple of Heaven and take the early afternoon flight to Xian. Meet and transfer to the 4-star hotel. A traditional Chinese dumpling banquet in the evening. ( B L D )

5th Day Xian
Visit the well preserved City Wall and the Provincial Museum with a nice buffet Chinese lunch at the Tang Dynasty Palace. Afternoon visit is to the world famous Terra-cotta Warriors and Horses. A traditional Imperial Singing and Dance show in the evening is at your own disposal with ticket charge of US$15. ( B L )

Take the morning flight to Lanzhou. Visit the Gansu Provincial Museum, the White Pagoda Mountain Park. ( B L D )

7th Day Lanzhou
A full day excursion to visit the famous Binglingsi Grottoes with the boat ride of over 50 kilometers along the Yellow River. ( B L )

8th Day Lanzhou / Dunhuang 　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　                 Hotel

Take the early morning flight to Dunhuang. Tour to the world famous Heritage --- Mogao Grottoes, which has 492 caves with murals, painted clay figures...We need to spend the whole afternoon there. ( B L D )

Visit the Model of Song Dynasty and the Dunhuang Museum in the city. In the afternoon, we take a visit to the mysterious Crescent Spring surrounded by the Singing Sand Mountains. ( B L D )

10th Day Dunhuang / Liuyuan / Turpan Stay on board of the train

In the morning, we take a ride on coach for over two hours to get to the train station - Liu Yuan, and then take the over night train with soft sleeping berth to Turpan. ( B L D)

　

11th Day Turpan                                                                                                     Hotel

Arrive in Turpan in the morning and take a visit to the Ancient City of Gaochang, the Astana -Karakhoja Tombs and the Bizaklik Thousand-Buddha Caves as well as the Grape Valley. ( B L D)

Visit the old city of Jiaohe and Sugong Pagoda in the morning. And then take the trip to Urumqi by coach after lunch, which takes 4 hour's drive with a distance of 200 kilometers. ( B L )

Take a full day excursion to the Heavenly Mountain with a boat ride on the Heavenly Lake and come back to the city in the late afternoon. Take the evening flight to Kashgar. (B L D )

Touring the well known Sunday Bazzar in the morning and visit the largest Idkah Mosque and The Apakh Hoja Tomb in the afternoon. (B L D)

Visit the Silk Road Museum and the minority kindergarten to enjoy the children's nice dance performance. And then take the noon time flight to Urumqi. A visit of the Exhibition of Ethnic Customs will be arranged. (BL)
